Ahhhhhh yummy, This is one that I have printed out and have sitting on my recipe stand in the kitchen, just waiting for me. Why haven’t I tried it?? Well, multiple bone graft surgeries to my jaw . . . liquid diet. One day it will all heal and all will be good.

Found this on Pinterest and made tonight for dinner. Very easy recipe! I added some garlic, onion and chili powders before adding the rice. Gave it some extra flavor. I also doubled the amount of green chilies, as we love that flavor! Will definitely make again 🙂
